나는 행복한 Hotelier ♪

나는 직장에서 동료들과 이야기하든, 강사의 입장에서 나를 소개하든
항상 "행복한 호텔리어라"고 표현을 한다.
기본적으로 따뜻한 가정이 있고, 그리고 일터에서 다음과 같은 것 들을
느낄 수 있어서이다.

첫째, 내가 하고 싶은 일을 하고있다.
둘째, 자신을 신뢰 할 수 있고, 알아주는 고객과 동료가 있다.
세째, 서비스에 모든 열정(공부,제공,전파)을 쏟고있다

Dear. Mr. Tae Young.

I was sorry that I had to depart for the airport this morining before you had come on duty
as I had hoped to say good-bye and thank you personally for the courtesy and friendliness that you and your staff had shown me over the past four night.

I stay in many hotels around the world and more often then not they are Sheraton properties as it is our preferred chain.

I can honestly say that I have never received such a high and excellent standard
of service for any other hotel that I have visted as I did from yours and have never felt the need to write and thank them before.

I believe that there is nothing more important than being made to feel welcome and relaxed
when one is away on a business trip and away from home for an extened period - I was in fact sad to leave today and continue my trip.

This was my first time in seoul and to be honest, it turns out that there would have been more conveniently located hotels from which to do business, however, when I return to Seoul soon , I shall discount this and most certainly return to the Shreaton.

Once again thank you very much and I am only sorry that I could not convey these comments in person.
